Who is GCT Surveying & Mapping?
Our History
Gustin, Cothern & Tucker, Inc. has been surveying and mapping in Northwest Florida since the 1982. We service Okaloosa, Walton, and even further into Santa Rosa and Bay counties, including Niceville, Bluewater, Valparaiso, Crestview, Shalimar, Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Freeport, and communities along 30A. We’ve been a trusted name in the surveying industry for more than four decades, and are very familiar with the local area. We take a team approach to our work and strive for excellence in all our survey products.

Our Licensed Surveyors
In addition to our licensed Professional Surveyors and Mappers (PSM), we employ drafters, field technicians, project managers, financial and administrative staff. Our team works hard to maintain high quality industry standards and several of our field crew members and CAD technicians have become Certified Survey Technicians (CST).

Our Technology
Our crews utilize state-of-the-art survey equipment. In addition to our office being a permanent GPS base station, we employ the latest Trimble Total Station technology in our work across the Emerald Coast. Our drafting team employs Autodesk Civil 3D to produce a variety of surveys. They also prepare FEMA elevation certificates and Letters of Map Amendment (LOMA).
